While development and assessment centres are appropriate for multiple assessment, some companies prefer a one-on-one (or two observers on one) assessments of an individual executive's abilities.

Talent International Development Ltd. has observers who are experienced in one-on-one assessment and may either conduct these using client's already established assessment tools and/or exercises or can work with clients to design a day or half-day assessment programme that suits their specific needs.

Typical exercises in individual assessments include: competency based interviews, presentations, in-tray or written exercises and one-on-one role-play interview simulations as well as test instruments.
